Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction to students in Grades 1-5
• Assist with classroom management, student engagement, and individualized learning support
• Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students based on their learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers
• Participate in professional development and training programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth
• Support school initiatives that align with the school’s mission and values

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• At least two years of experience supporting teachers in a school setting
• Experience working with students in Grades 1-5
• Open to working in an American curriculum school
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience working with Emirati students and families
• Recent teaching experience in Grades 1-5
• Background in education or related field
