Learning Manager needed to support student success through strategic intervention and data-driven monitoring.

The Opportunity:

As a Learning Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting student welfare and academic progress. You will work closely with students, parents, and external agencies to ensure every student reaches their full potential. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and committed to making a real difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support student progress academically and behaviourally.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and Leadership Team to improve student behaviour, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Utilise the MIS system to track student attendance and intervene when necessary.
  • Attend case conferences and prepare referrals and reports for students requiring intervention.
  • Communicate professionally and confidentially with students, parents, and external agencies.
  • Implement the Academy’s “Praising Stars” system to promote positive student behaviour.
  • Work independently and take initiative in managing complex student cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven ability to work with students and understand their needs.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing student cases and working with external agencies.
  • Proficiency in using MIS systems for data tracking and intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or a related field.
  • Background in student welfare or behaviour management.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
  • Experience with data-driven monitoring and reporting.
