The Opportunity:
As an Inclusion Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Inclusion Team by managing administrative systems and ensuring accurate records for vulnerable students. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of the team and the support provided to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SEN and Vulnerable Registers with precision and accuracy.
- Support review meetings by collating staff reports and completing pro-formas.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure clear communication.
- Track and report on the impact of interventions for vulnerable students.
- Handle routine correspondence and telephone liaison with parents and external agencies.
- Provide administrative support for exam access arrangements and invigilation.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in managing student records and registers.
- Ability to take accurate minutes and produce clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with parents and external agencies.
- Experience in supporting students with special educational needs or vulnerabilities.
Preferred
- Experience in educational settings, particularly in inclusion or special needs support.
- Familiarity with exam access arrangements and invigilation processes.
- Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures.
- Experience with digital administrative systems.
