As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and positive environment for students during lunchtime. This position is essential for fostering a culture of respect and responsibility across the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Monitor and manage student behavior using positive behavior management strategies.
• Assist in keeping the dining area and other designated spaces clean and hazard-free.
• Model excellent conduct, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Support the school’s mission by promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with staff to address any behavioral issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures during the lunchtime period.
• Assist with general tasks such as tidying equipment and clearing tables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven ability to manage student behavior in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student safety and well-being.
• Experience working in an educational environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day during term time.

Preferred

• Experience in a supervisory or pastoral role within a school.
