Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in Science teaching at secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
  • Knowledge of current Science education research and practice.
  • Experience with evidence-informed teaching strategies.
  • Familiarity with research school initiatives and collaborative working.
