Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 learning support to students as required.
• Develop a deep understanding of individual student needs and collaborate with SENCo, class teachers, and external agencies.
• Adapt and modify learning materials to support student access and engagement.
• Create and maintain an inclusive learning environment across the school.
• Use positive reinforcement and rewards to encourage student progress and confidence.
• Facilitate peer interaction and inclusion in group activities.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices in special educational needs support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience in developing and modifying learning resources.
