The Opportunity:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant is needed to support teaching and learning within the Integrated Resource, working closely with students in small groups and delivering targeted interventions. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student progress and to be part of a supportive, high-achieving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of quality first teaching within the Integrated Resource.
  • Work with individuals and small groups of children to provide targeted interventions.
  • Deliver specialist support tailored to the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent and effective learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the school by supporting school improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with students and their families.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Assist with the organization and management of learning resources and activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of child development and inclusive teaching practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering specific interventions or specialist support.
  • Knowledge of school improvement strategies and practices.
  • Experience with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Familiarity with multi-academy trust structures and collaborative working.
