The Opportunity:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant is needed to support teaching and learning in a dynamic and inclusive environment. This role involves working with individuals and small groups of children, delivering interventions, and contributing to a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of quality first teaching within the Integrated Resource.
  • Deliver targeted interventions and specialist support to pupils.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with the management and organization of learning activities.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress.
  • Support the school’s mission to Aim High, Dream Big and Achieve Together.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering specific interventions or specialist support.
  • Knowledge of school improvement strategies.
  • Experience working within an academy trust or similar multi-academy structure.
