Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school or academic library setting.
• Strong knowledge of library management systems and cataloging procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of reading and learning.

Preferred

• Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
• Familiarity with digital resources and online learning platforms.
