The Opportunity:

As an Occupational Therapist Early Years, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ functional independence across all learning environments. Working within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)/Response-to-Intervention (RtI) Model, you will provide direct intervention, consultation, and collaboration to enhance student development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and efficient occupational therapy interventions in a variety of settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop meaningful therapy goals to support student participation and success
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and service providers to promote student occupational performance
  • Provide professional resources and training to faculty, staff, and parents
  • Maintain accurate student records and support plans while ensuring confidentiality
  • Facilitate training sessions on regulation, executive functioning, and motor skills programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers to maximize student impact
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children as an OT with relevant qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Previous experience providing direct or indirect OT services in any school setting
  • Strong interpersonal communication and professional collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in using computers and other forms of technology

Preferred

  • Experience working as an OT in Singapore
  • Knowledge and/or experience practicing OT within a MTSS/RtI Model
  • Training and/or previous experience with providing training on regulation, executive functioning, and motor skills programs
  • Full registration or practicing certificate with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
