The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Executive Apprentice Level 4, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the organisation. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign delivery, and performance analysis while completing your apprenticeship. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in marketing within a forward-thinking institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create and manage content for internal and external audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future planning
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Marketing & Communications on campaign strategy
- Develop understanding of target audiences and stakeholder needs
- Manage and update marketing materials and digital assets
- Assist in the delivery of training and development activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A Maths and English GCSE
- Right to work in England
- Not currently in full-time education
- Commitment to completing the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship
Preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools
- Experience with content creation or social media management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Interest in marketing and brand development
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
Compensation & Benefits:
