The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Executive Apprentice Level 4, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the organisation. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign delivery, and performance analysis while completing your apprenticeship. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in marketing within a forward-thinking institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create and manage content for internal and external audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future planning
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Marketing & Communications on campaign strategy
  • Develop understanding of target audiences and stakeholder needs
  • Manage and update marketing materials and digital assets
  • Assist in the delivery of training and development activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Maths and English GCSE
  • Right to work in England
  • Not currently in full-time education
  • Commitment to completing the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools
  • Experience with content creation or social media management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in marketing and brand development
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
