The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the school’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Plan and execute a content calendar that highlights school events, milestones, and campaigns.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Create on-brand captions and manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Update and maintain the school’s website with relevant content and design changes.
- Design and produce digital and print marketing materials using graphic design software.
- Create and schedule weekly and termly newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support the planning and delivery of school events, working closely with marketing and teaching staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrable experience in social media, photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and social media platforms.
- Experience in content creation, including writing, filming, and editing.
- A passion for independent education and a belief in the transformative power of learning.
Preferred
- Experience with paid digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of website management and content publishing tools.
- Experience with data analysis and performance reporting.
