As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in promoting the school's values, enhancing its profile, and supporting pupil recruitment through creative marketing, digital content, and community engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that enhance the school’s profile and support admissions activity.
- Manage social media and digital content for alumni engagement and community outreach.
- Create and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Utilize digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to promote the school.
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the External Relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Support the admissions process through the creation of compelling content and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update digital platforms, including CMS and email marketing tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategy.
- Experience producing video content for social media.
- Confidence in using digital advertising platforms and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in marketing within an educational setting.
- Knowledge of virtue-based education and character development.
- Experience with storytelling and brand development.
- Experience with alumni engagement and community relations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for reduced hours).
