The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in promoting the school's values, enhancing its profile, and supporting pupil recruitment through creative marketing, digital content, and community engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that enhance the school’s profile and support admissions activity.
  • Manage social media and digital content for alumni engagement and community outreach.
  • Create and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
  • Utilize digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to promote the school.
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the External Relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Support the admissions process through the creation of compelling content and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, including CMS and email marketing tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategy.
  • Experience producing video content for social media.
  • Confidence in using digital advertising platforms and analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of virtue-based education and character development.
  • Experience with storytelling and brand development.
  • Experience with alumni engagement and community relations.
