Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students across the IB MYP, DP, and IGCSE curricula.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement concept-based units of inquiry with authentic assessments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students at all levels.
• Foster student autonomy and international-mindedness through meaningful learning experiences.
• Promote service learning and community engagement as part of the curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of organization and communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Teach related subjects as required based on departmental needs and personal expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the senior school level.
• Experience with IB MYP and DP curricula, with IGCSE experience being an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a teaching qualification.
• Strong verbal and written fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, challenge, and empower students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational research.

Preferred

• Experience teaching additional subjects such as Computer Science, Physics, or Data Science.
• Familiarity with constructivist teaching methods and differentiated instruction.
• Experience with service learning and international-mindedness initiatives.
