Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the mathematics curriculum across all Key Stages.
Mentor and support staff to enhance teaching and learning strategies.
Implement evidence-based approaches to improve student outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a Maths Mastery approach and IB Middle Years Programme.
Provide leadership in A-Level and Further Mathematics, including curriculum development and teaching.
Contribute to the school’s strategic vision for mathematics education.
Engage in continuous professional learning and share best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of teaching and learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with a strong background in mathematics education.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a school or MAT.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and delivery.
Experience in teaching across Key Stages, including A-Level and Further Mathematics.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
