The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students aged 10-18, using innovative and engaging teaching methods.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Support students’ pastoral and academic development through regular communication and engagement.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Stay up to date with developments in mathematics education and integrate new methodologies into teaching.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in mathematics education.
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and the ability to teach across key stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and promote a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at a secondary level or in an independent school setting.
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and student leadership opportunities.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for teaching and learning.
