Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Ensure strong progress and attainment in Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Provide excellent feedback and assessment to support student growth and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a high-quality curriculum.
- Promote the school values of Manners, Hard Work, and Honesty in all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Support students with additional needs and ensure they have access to the full curriculum.
- Participate in professional development and reflective practice to continuously improve teaching methods.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to the school values of Manners, Hard Work, and Honesty.
- Ability to engage and challenge students to achieve their best.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Science subjects.
- Flexibility to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Experience with inclusive teaching strategies for students with additional needs.
- Experience with professional development and reflective practice.

- Competitive salary within the MPR/UPR pay scale (£32,916 - £51,048).
