Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the science curriculum.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students where appropriate.
  • Participate in professional development and continuing improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and guardians.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
  • Experience of teaching science at secondary level.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
