Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the trust to ensure alignment with broader educational goals and values.
- Promote a strong pastoral system and ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive.
- Encourage and support staff development through ongoing professional learning opportunities.
- Ensure the school maintains and improves its high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.
- Engage actively with the local community to enhance the school's role as a hub for education and cultural activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in a similar educational setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- A clear understanding of educational best practices and current trends in school leadership.
- Experience in driving school improvement and achieving high standards in student outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the wider community.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative educational structure.
- A track record of successful curriculum development and implementation.
- Experience in managing large-scale school transitions or relocations.
- Familiarity with inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
- A commitment to community engagement and the promotion of student leadership.
