Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students across all key stages
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback and reports
• Set and mark high-quality, challenging work in line with school standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning practices
• Participate in professional development and training to maintain and enhance teaching skills
• Support the school’s mission to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students for the future
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives
• Work across both the Boys’ and Girls’ schools as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A strong degree-level qualification in a relevant subject
• Ability to teach Maths up to A level
• 3 A-Levels at grades C and above (or equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
• Commitment to student success and a collaborative team approach

Preferred

• Experience in teaching across mixed-gender settings
• Experience with professional development and curriculum development
• Experience with pastoral care and student support
• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technologies
