Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in preparing for GCSE and A Level examinations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s maths department and share best practices.

• Engage in extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities to support student development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in maths education.
• Experience teaching to GCSE and A Level standards.
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
• Commitment to raising attainment in a disadvantaged community.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic team.

Preferred

• Experience in an all-through school setting (ages 4–19).
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
• Background in leadership development or senior leadership training.
• Familiarity with the latest educational research and pedagogical approaches.
