Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics across the Senior School, ensuring engaging and effective lessons.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s academic standards.
• Support students in achieving their full potential through individualised guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics Department to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular assessments and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in an independent or selective school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver Mathematics at all levels of the Senior School.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Mathematics at A-level or equivalent.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools.
• Experience in a school with a focus on academic excellence and personal development.
• Leadership experience within a school department or team.
