Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative Maths lessons to students across a broad age range.
• Support students in achieving excellent results at GCSE and A Level, including Further Maths.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a strong and supportive learning environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular and pastoral activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with curriculum developments and educational best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
• Strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Ability to teach across a range of year groups and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience teaching Further Maths at A Level.
