Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students at all levels, including A level.
- Develop and implement evidence-informed teaching strategies that promote deep understanding and engagement.
- Support students of all abilities to achieve outstanding academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and share best practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of the Maths programme.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning at all levels, including A level.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student success and evidence-based teaching practices.
- Experience in working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Familiarity with current educational research and pedagogical approaches.
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities or school-wide initiatives.
