Join a dynamic Mathematics Department and inspire the next generation of mathematicians. As a Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and nurturing confident, curious learners across Key Stages 3–5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging, well-structured lessons that foster strong mathematical understanding
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
  • Support pupils through excellent assessment and feedback
  • Play an active role in the pastoral life of the school as a form tutor
  • Participate in the wider co-curricular programme
  • Deliver lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes
  • Stay up to date with developments in Mathematics education and pedagogy

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics
  • Ability to teach GCSE and A-level Mathematics
  • Commitment to high academic standards and pupil progress
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Preferred

  • Experience teaching A-level Further Mathematics
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership within a school setting
  • Involvement in co-curricular or extra-curricular activities
  • Experience with pastoral or form tutor responsibilities
