Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons that challenge and inspire students of all abilities.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that raise attainment and promote student progress.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Mathematics department.

- Participate in the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral care.
- Engage in professional development to maintain and enhance teaching expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to student achievement and a passion for Mathematics education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in raising attainment in Mathematics across a range of abilities.
- Familiarity with the use of technology in the classroom.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
- Background in Catholic education or a commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
