The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to students aged 11-18.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student achievement and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and support whole-school initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and mutual support.
- Support the school’s mission by fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and self-discipline.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events where appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience in teaching students aged 11-18.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a Church of England school or similar setting.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
