Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise children during lunchtimes to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm and structured environment.
- Support children in making healthy choices during meal times.
- Encourage interactive and inclusive play, including sports and games where possible.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents as needed.
- Assist in the organisation and supervision of outdoor and indoor activities.
- Contribute to the overall school culture and support the school’s mission and values.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and approachable manner with children.
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Experience leading sports or games with children.
- Knowledge of child development and wellbeing practices.
- Experience in a school or educational environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different age groups.
