Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise children during lunchtimes to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
  • Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm and structured environment.
  • Support children in making healthy choices during meal times.
  • Encourage interactive and inclusive play, including sports and games where possible.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents as needed.
  • Assist in the organisation and supervision of outdoor and indoor activities.
  • Contribute to the overall school culture and support the school’s mission and values.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and approachable manner with children.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience leading sports or games with children.
  • Knowledge of child development and wellbeing practices.
  • Experience in a school or educational environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different age groups.
