Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring music lessons to students aged 3–13.
  • Support the development of the school’s music program and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Head Pastoral and other staff to enhance student well-being and academic progress.
  • Assist with marketing and operational initiatives across the school.
  • Maintain a high standard of teaching and pastoral care.
  • Encourage and nurture students’ musical talents and interests.
  • Participate in school events and community activities.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A strong background in music and a high level of piano proficiency.
  • Experience in teaching or working with children aged 3–13.
  • A commitment to the school’s values, including teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Willingness to undergo child protection screening and background checks.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of music theory and practical performance skills.
  • Ability to develop and lead extracurricular music programs.
  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language or other languages.
