Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, teach, and assess lessons that align with the IB MYP programme and support individual student needs.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
• Contribute to curriculum development, including interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary units of work.
• Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning to enhance student outcomes.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to students, encouraging reflection and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of IB learner profile attributes across all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in teaching and assessment practices.
• Promote respect and understanding of the cultural context of the host country, Qatar.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A teaching qualification appropriate for the role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant teaching experience.
• ICT knowledge and the ability to use technology in the classroom.

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB MYP curriculum.
• A double degree, master’s qualification, or international teaching experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary units of work.
