Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the school’s strategic development and ensure alignment with global educational standards and the institution’s philosophy.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation across programmes such as the IPC, IGCSE, and International A Level.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through curriculum leadership and staff coaching.
  • Monitor and analyse student achievement, progress, and wellbeing, using data to inform decisions and interventions.
  • Promote a holistic educational experience that includes co-curricular activities and opportunities for character development.
  • Lead and develop the school team, creating a collaborative and high-energy working environment.
  • Oversee staffing and HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health and safety requirements.
  • Drive enrolment growth and brand visibility through marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a school leader in a K-12 environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of international curricula such as the IB PYP, IGCSE, and International A Level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team of educators and support staff.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.

Preferred

  • Experience with international school operations and accreditation processes.
  • Familiarity with the EtonHouse philosophy and curriculum framework.
  • Background in early years education.
  • Experience in marketing and enrolment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of child safeguarding policies and practices.
