Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the school’s strategic development and ensure alignment with global educational standards and the institution’s philosophy.
- Oversee curriculum implementation across programmes such as the IPC, IGCSE, and International A Level.
- Ensure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through curriculum leadership and staff coaching.
- Monitor and analyse student achievement, progress, and wellbeing, using data to inform decisions and interventions.
- Promote a holistic educational experience that includes co-curricular activities and opportunities for character development.
- Lead and develop the school team, creating a collaborative and high-energy working environment.
- Oversee staffing and HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health and safety requirements.
- Drive enrolment growth and brand visibility through marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a school leader in a K-12 environment.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of international curricula such as the IB PYP, IGCSE, and International A Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team of educators and support staff.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.
Preferred
- Experience with international school operations and accreditation processes.
- Familiarity with the EtonHouse philosophy and curriculum framework.
- Background in early years education.
- Experience in marketing and enrolment strategies.
- Strong understanding of child safeguarding policies and practices.
