Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks across the school.
  • Support the smooth running of office operations, including correspondence and documentation.
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
  • Organise and maintain school records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of school events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational environment.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
  • Experience with school management systems or similar software.
