The Opportunity:

The Office Manager will oversee the Operations Team to deliver a high-quality administrative support service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in school administration and make a meaningful impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of the Operations Team to ensure efficient administrative support
  • Coordinate student admissions, data processing, and examination procedures
  • Support event management and communications across the school
  • Provide reprographic support and manage reception duties
  • Ensure all administrative processes are carried out with high standards of accuracy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and external partners
  • Assist with training and development of the administrative team
  • Stay up to date with new systems and processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Commitment to supporting the educational mission of the school

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a school or administrative role
  • Experience with student admissions or data management
  • Familiarity with educational administration systems
  • Experience in event management or communications
