Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in secondary education.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
  • A genuine passion for English literature and language.
  • Experience in delivering lessons across Key Stages 3–4.
  • High expectations for student achievement and the ability to support and challenge learners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive, flexible mindset aligned with the school’s ethos.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student progress and outcomes.
