Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in secondary education.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- A genuine passion for English literature and language.
- Experience in delivering lessons across Key Stages 3–4.
- High expectations for student achievement and the ability to support and challenge learners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, flexible mindset aligned with the school’s ethos.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
