The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time English Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages 3–4. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons that promote student progress and a love of literature.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies that challenge and inspire students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school life.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stages 3–4.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student progress and high academic standards.
- Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
- Familiarity with digital tools and PedTech integration in the classroom.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Willingness to contribute to school life beyond teaching, such as through extracurricular activities.
