Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PE and Games lessons across a range of year groups.
• Coach and mentor students in various sports, supporting both individual and team development.
• Work collaboratively with the Heads of Prep School Sport to ensure a cohesive and effective programme.
• Promote an inclusive and engaging sporting environment for all students.
• Develop and implement sport-related initiatives and partnerships with local schools and agencies.
• Support the school’s commitment to holistic education through the integration of physical and personal development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular and community activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all sporting activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant qualification or significant experience in coaching children.
• Experience in teaching PE and Games at a school level.
• Commitment to inclusive and holistic education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience with Early Career Teacher induction and mentoring.
• Experience in developing and delivering sport-related partnerships.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
