Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring PE lessons to students of all abilities.
• Support the development of students' physical, social, and emotional skills through sport and physical activity.
• Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of students at GCSE and A Level.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Provide leadership and guidance in specialist areas such as Netball.
• Monitor and track student progress, ensuring high standards of achievement.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in PE.
• Proven ability to deliver effective PE lessons at GCSE and A Level.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A specialism in Netball.
• Experience in developing student progress and achieving strong results.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering CPD and supporting staff development.
• Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and support for students with additional needs.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
