The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Drama Teacher to join our Senior School and Sixth Form team. This role offers the chance to inspire students and deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 to KS5. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality drama lessons across KS3 to KS5.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages creativity and performance.
• Participate actively in the school's extra-curricular programme and broader school life.
• Support students’ pastoral needs and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the performing arts programme.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Ensure the delivery of lessons that align with the school’s ethos and values.
• Contribute to the assessment and progression of students in drama.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in delivering drama lessons across KS3 to KS5
• Strong commitment to pastoral care and student welfare
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Understanding of the school’s ethos and values

Preferred

• Experience in a similar educational setting
• Involvement in extra-curricular drama activities
• Experience with innovative and flexible curriculum delivery
• Background in performing arts or related fields
