The Opportunity:
As the Personal Assistant to the Head, you will provide high-level support to the Head, managing a diverse and fast-paced workload with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Head’s schedule, commitments and correspondence with precision and discretion.
- Provide administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth delivery of the Head’s priorities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the school to support the Head’s strategic objectives.
- Anticipate the Head’s needs and proactively offer solutions to complex challenges.
- Represent the Head professionally in internal and external communications.
- Ensure all documentation, reports and meetings are efficiently managed and recorded.
- Support the Head in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a senior support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
Preferred
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with educational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of school operations and governance.
- Experience in managing complex projects or events.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £56,000 per annum.
