Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality PE lessons that engage students and promote physical wellbeing.
- Plan and implement a curriculum that aligns with school standards and student needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
- Support students in reaching their full potential through personalized guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Recent experience of teaching PE at GCSE level.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to PE department initiatives.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
