The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Primary Arabic Teacher to join our team and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for someone with recent experience teaching IGCSE Arabic in a UK curriculum school and the ability to engage both native and non-native speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons to students in line with the UK curriculum standards.
• Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies to support student learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Participate in professional development and mentoring programs to enhance teaching practice.
• Support the school’s mission by fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and academic excellence.
• Engage with parents and the wider school community to promote student success and well-being.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities that enhance the student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and qualified Teacher status (PGCE or B.Ed).
• Proven experience teaching Arabic at IGCSE level in a UK curriculum school.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to education and a passion for teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Native-level English language skills or fluency in English.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TESL).
• Previous experience in curriculum or department leadership roles.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art educational technology and facilities.
