Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the National Curriculum of England.
• Create and implement individualised learning plans to meet the needs of all students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Support the school’s mission to develop well-rounded, bilingual students with strong personal and social skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• An internationally recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Education specialising in Primary with QTS or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and tailored lesson plans.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.

Preferred

• Experience with EYFS and KS1 or KS2.
• Experience with the Early Career Framework (ECF) or similar induction programmes.
• Proficiency in using technology as a teaching tool.
• Experience with GL CAT4 or GL Progress tests.
• Experience in a multicultural and international school setting.
