Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and well-planned lessons aligned with the Cambridge and IPC frameworks, using a range of inquiry-based strategies.
• Plan and assess learning effectively through high-quality units, regular formative and summative assessment, and meaningful student reports.
• Provide strong pastoral care by building supportive relationships and promoting students’ social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with parents, participating in school events and professional development.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and fulfill additional responsibilities as required by the Head of Primary or Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A well-qualified Primary teacher with a recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
• Experience teaching Primary-aged learners (UK and/or international experience an advantage).
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum and/or IPC.
• Experience supporting EAL learners and diverse classroom contexts.
• A passionate, reflective, and child-centred educator with strong communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with inquiry-based learning and effective use of technology.
• A creative, solution-focused practitioner with a commitment to enrichment beyond the classroom.
