Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
  • Proven experience in primary education, with a track record of inspiring students and achieving positive outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to the school’s values and mission

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar specialist area or subject
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
  • Experience with music or arts education, given the school's recognition as a lead school for music
  • Previous involvement in school improvement initiatives or leadership roles
