Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
- Proven experience in primary education, with a track record of inspiring students and achieving positive outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to the school’s values and mission
Preferred
- Experience in a similar specialist area or subject
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Experience with music or arts education, given the school's recognition as a lead school for music
- Previous involvement in school improvement initiatives or leadership roles
