Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing and progress
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure consistent achievement and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous professional development
• Implement the school’s bespoke curriculum in line with the National Curriculum for England
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and child protection
• Contribute to wider school life through extracurricular activities and events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attainment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to teaching
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in Key Stage 1
• Strong understanding of effective Primary pedagogy and child development
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection procedures

Preferred

• Experience in delivering inspirational teaching and achieving strong pupil outcomes
• Involvement in extracurricular activities or pastoral care
• Familiarity with teaching in a multicultural environment
• Experience with innovative teaching methods or curriculum development
