Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality education and continuous improvement.

- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to build a united and supportive environment.
- Oversee the curriculum and ensure it reflects the school’s mission of providing a well-rounded education.
- Manage school operations, including staff development, resources, and facilities, to support student achievement.
- Monitor and report on academic performance, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and excellence across the school.
- Work closely with the Regional Director and United Learning to access support and resources for professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally at a senior level.
- A strong track record in driving improvement and achieving educational outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, students, and parents.
- A deep understanding of educational policy, curriculum development, and school management.
- A commitment to inclusion, diversity, and safeguarding.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
- Knowledge of Education with Character and its impact on student development.
- Experience in managing large teams and leading change initiatives.
- Familiarity with the United Learning framework and values.
