Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction.
Build and lead a high-performing teaching and support team.
Establish strong academic, pastoral, and operational foundations.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and external partners.
Ensure the school meets the highest standards of education, safety, and well-being.
Drive the implementation of the school’s curriculum and co-curricular programs.
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
Manage the school’s growth and development in its early years.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience in senior leadership within British or British-international education.
Strong academic background and leadership in school development.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
Cultural intelligence and ability to work in a diverse, international environment.
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Preferred

Experience in establishing new schools or leading institutional change.
Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate or similar curricula.
Background in co-educational settings or school expansion projects.
Experience working in the Middle East or international contexts.
