Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction.
  • Build and lead a high-performing teaching and support team.
  • Establish strong academic, pastoral, and operational foundations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and external partners.
  • Ensure the school meets the highest standards of education, safety, and well-being.
  • Drive the implementation of the school’s curriculum and co-curricular programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
  • Manage the school’s growth and development in its early years.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in senior leadership within British or British-international education.
  • Strong academic background and leadership in school development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
  • Cultural intelligence and ability to work in a diverse, international environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Preferred

  • Experience in establishing new schools or leading institutional change.
  • Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate or similar curricula.
  • Background in co-educational settings or school expansion projects.
  • Experience working in the Middle East or international contexts.
