The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons to A-Level students.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student achievement and well-being.
  • Support students through individual and group guidance, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology at A-Level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching post-16 students.
