The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons to A-Level students
• Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
• Develop engaging and relevant teaching resources
• Participate in departmental meetings and planning
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology
• Experience working with post-16 students
• Strong subject knowledge in Psychology
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• Commitment to student welfare and well-being

Preferred

• Experience in a sixth form college or similar setting
• Experience with A-Level curriculum delivery
• Familiarity with safeguarding and student welfare policies
• Experience with teaching English as a Second Language
