Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in AS and A-Level Psychology.
- Provide meaningful and timely feedback to support students in achieving their best.
- Contribute to popular enrichment courses such as Aspiring Psychologists and Introduction to Counselling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and research-based training opportunities.
- Support students through pastoral care and academic guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Psychology and incorporate them into teaching.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology at AS and A-Level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience with enrichment activities or extracurricular programs.
- Background in evidence-based teaching and research.
- Experience with digital education and technology in the classroom.
