Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in AS and A-Level Psychology.
  • Provide meaningful and timely feedback to support students in achieving their best.
  • Contribute to popular enrichment courses such as Aspiring Psychologists and Introduction to Counselling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and research-based training opportunities.
  • Support students through pastoral care and academic guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Psychology and incorporate them into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology at AS and A-Level.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with enrichment activities or extracurricular programs.
  • Background in evidence-based teaching and research.
  • Experience with digital education and technology in the classroom.
